1. The service
OptiNet is provided as software as a service. We host the application and the database; you keep an account for your ISP and the accounts of the staff and resellers you create under it.
We read subscriber and session data from network equipment you connect — MikroTik routers over the RouterOS API, and OLTs over telnet. We do not rewrite your subscriber list. The only change OptiNet makes to your equipment is moving an overdue customer's PPP profile to a limited profile, and moving it back once the bill is settled.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff and resellers you have created. Keep your login and two-factor codes to yourself.
You confirm that you have the right to connect the network equipment you add, and to process the subscriber data you import into OptiNet.
3. Fees and billing
Subscription fees depend on your subscriber count and are billed monthly in advance. Passing a tier's subscriber limit moves you to the next tier from the following billing cycle.
Payments your customers make through our payment gateways carry a percentage fee, shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Payments through your own merchant account and cash you collect yourself carry no fee, although cash collected is still recorded in the ledger.
Money collected through our gateways is settled to the Bangladeshi bank account you register, less the fee and any amount you already owe us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use OptiNet to send unlawful messages, to bill people who are not your subscribers, or to process data you have no right to hold. Do not attempt to reach another ISP's data, and do not resell access to the dashboard as your own product without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that puts the platform, its other users or the payment gateways at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network faults, gateway outages and the reachability of your own routers all affect what the dashboard can do at a given moment.
Even when your subscription lapses, the customer-facing payment paths and the scheduled jobs keep running. Your dashboard locks; your customers can still pay you.
6. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. Ending a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
You may export your data before you leave. After an account is closed we keep the records for the period described in the privacy policy, then delete them.
7. Liability
OptiNet is a tool for running your business; the decisions remain yours. We are not liable for revenue you do not collect, for a bill raised at the wrong price, or for a connection suspended or restored as a result of settings you chose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
