What we build
OptiNet exists to solve one problem: an ISP's money should collect itself. A bill is raised on your billing day, the grace period runs, an overdue connection is limited, the customer lands on your payment page, and the connection returns the moment their payment clears.
Around that loop sits the rest of what an operator has to track — subscribers, packages, MikroTik routers, OLTs and ONUs, a fibre map, resellers, payouts and reports. All of it in one dashboard, in Bangla and English.
Who we are
Rapid Move Tech is a software company in Dhaka. We run our own ISP operations on the same software we sell, which is why the product is shaped around the way collection actually works here — cash collectors included, not only card payments.
We are a small team. When you contact support you are talking to the people who write the code.
How we make money
A monthly subscription based on how many subscribers you have, and a small percentage on payments taken through our own payment gateways. There is no charge on payments taken through your own merchant account, and none on cash you collect yourself.
Up to 100 subscribers the software is free, and stays free. We would rather you grow into a paid tier than be charged before the product has proved itself.
