Bill runs, grace periods, suspension, a payment page your customers land on, and reconnection the moment their money clears — the whole collection loop, without anyone chasing.
Four steps, and none of them is yours. The fibre map, the ONU fleet and the reports all exist to keep this loop turning.
Billing
Run the month, then watch it settle
Raise every invoice on your billing day at each customer's own package price. Part payments, discounts and VAT are handled, and each bill carries the rate that applied the day it was raised.
One run for the whole book, or one customer
Cash counts the same as a gateway payment
Every package priced from your router's profiles
Device management
Your routers and OLTs, read not rewritten
Add a MikroTik with its credentials and OptiNet pulls your PPPoE secrets and live sessions. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and your subscriber list on the router is never modified from here.
MikroTik over the RouterOS API
OLTs over telnet, with ONU light levels
Sessions and uptime, straight off the gear
Resellers
A B2B book that never leaks
Give a reseller their own login, their own customers, their own packages and a wallet. They see their book and nobody else's — the boundary is enforced in the database, not on the screen.
Their customers, their routers, their prices
Wallet, top-ups and the bill you raise them
Settlement to your bank account
Reports & ledger
The numbers your accountant asks for
Revenue and dues, outstanding balances, bandwidth usage and reseller settlements — filtered how you need them and exported to Excel or PDF, with archived customers still counted in last year's totals.
Revenue, dues, usage and B2B in one place
Filter by package, reseller, area or status
CSV and PDF export on every table
And everything around it
The rest of what an ISP has to keep track of
Twelve modules, one login. Permissions go down to the module, so a collector sees collections and a reseller sees only their own book.
Billing & invoicing
Bill runs across your whole book or one customer at a time, part payments, discounts, VAT, and a printable invoice with your own letterhead.
Subscribers
Pull your customers straight off the router, or import a CSV. Billed customers are archived rather than deleted, so last year's revenue still adds up.
Plans & packages
Import packages from your router's PPP profiles, set a price and a cycle, and OptiNet keeps the profile and the package in step.
MikroTik integration
Read PPPoE secrets and live sessions from every router you own. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and OptiNet never rewrites your customer list.
OLT & ONU fleet
Watch ONUs, optical power and light levels across your OLTs over telnet — signal problems show up before the phone rings.
Fibre map
Place OLTs, splitters, ODCs and ODPs on a real map. Optical power is calculated down the chain, and each node shows what revenue sits behind it.
Reports
Revenue and dues, outstanding balances, bandwidth usage and reseller settlements — filtered how you need them, exported to Excel or PDF.
Resellers
Give a reseller their own dashboard with their own customers, routers, packages and wallet. They never see anyone else's book.
Payouts to your bank
Money collected through the gateway settles to your own scheduled bank account. Account numbers are encrypted; only the last four digits ever leave the server.
Team & access
Roles down to the module, two-factor login, and an audit trail — so a collector sees collections and nothing else.
Live support
Read and answer customer messages inside the dashboard, place voice calls, and broadcast a notice to everyone on a package or an area.
Bangla and English
Every screen, invoice and notification in both languages. The customer app opens in Bangla; your staff pick their own.
Pricing
You pay by how many subscribers you have
Start free and stay free until you pass a hundred subscribers. On top of the monthly price there is a small fee on payments taken through our gateways — none at all on your own merchant account, and none on cash.
More than 2,000 subscribers? Talk to us — the limit is a number in your account, not a wall in the software.
Questions
The ones operators actually ask
Do you change anything on my router?
OptiNet reads your PPPoE secrets and live sessions; it never rewrites your customer list. The one thing it changes is the PPP profile of an overdue customer — and it puts that back the moment they pay.
Why not just disable the secret when someone is overdue?
Because then PPPoE authentication fails and they get no address, no route and no DNS — there is no connection left to redirect to your payment page. Moving them to a limited profile keeps the portal and the gateway reachable and nothing else.
What if a customer pays cash to a collector?
Record it in the dashboard and it settles the bill and restores the connection down exactly the same path. The commission on our gateways does not apply to cash, but the ledger still shows who collected it and when.
Can I use my own bKash or Nagad merchant account?
Yes. Put your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket credentials in and the money goes straight to you. If you would rather not run a merchant account, switch on ours and we settle to your bank account instead.
How do I get my existing customers in?
Import your packages from the router first, then your customers — that order matters, or everyone lands without a package. A CSV import is there for anything not on the router.
What happens when I outgrow a tier?
Nothing breaks. The dashboard tells you that your subscriber count has passed the tier you are on and asks you to move up. Your customers keep paying throughout — collection never stops because of a subscription.

Tell us roughly how many subscribers you have and what you are running today. We will set you up, import your packages and customers, and you can watch the first bill run before you decide anything.
